Post 1 (Personality): Life-Changing Success Habits
  • Did you read the research and benefits of waking up early?

  • Did you wake up between 4:30 am to 5:30 am? (or are you slowly waking up at least 30 min earlier than your usual time)

  • Did you read the research and benefits of reading daily?

  • Did you read at least 30 min daily?

  • Did you read the research and benefits of meditation?

  • Did you incorporate daily meditation for 20 minutes?

Post 2 (Fashion & Beauty): Shop Your Closet

You have one week to finish this:
 

  • Are you working on organizing your closet?

  • Are you working on removing items you don’t need?

  • Are you mending and fixing your clothes and other closet items?

  • Are you working on making a more regular laundry schedule and ironing your clothes?

  • Did you start cataloging your clothes?

Post 3 (Education & Finances): Balance your life and budget

You have one month to organize your finances:

  • Did you assign percentages to the Needs, Wants, and Savings?

  • Are you reading every day?

  • Do you know your learning style ? How do you intend to find it out if not known?

  • Did you try the POMODORO method (regularly)?

  • Did you do the right thing ?

  • Did you speak the truth ?

  • Did you see the good in most people ?

  • Did you give respect to others ?

  • Did you talk behind someone’s back ?

  • Did your speak less and act more ?

  • Did you complain about anything ?

  • Were you the last one to speak when your opinion was needed ?

  • Did you ask others if they need help ? And help when they need it ?

  • Did you encounter a situation where you could laugh at yourself without feeling embarrassed ?

  • Are you striving for excellence ?  (This is a continual process, not a one-off thing)

  • Did you do the right thing ?

  • Did you speak the truth ?

  • Did you see the good in most people ?

  • Did you give respect to others ?

  • Did you talk behind someone’s back ?

Post 7 (Health): Intermittent Fasting
  • Did you cut out the sugary drinks ? (Remember, and Diet sodas, Nectars, etc. should be avoided for this exercise)

  • Did you reduce your daily snacks ?

  • Out of your daily snacks, did you make sure they are organic, whole foods ? (Remember, NO packaged snacks should be part of your plan here !)

  • Do you eat adequate proteins and healthy fats ? (either vegetables or animal protein)

  • Did you reduce/cut filling up on extra bread, pasta, etc. (free carbohydrates in general)?

  • Do you have a daily ‘last meal time’ set ?

  • Did you incorporate ‘leafy greens’ in your diet?

  • Reflect on the past week's activities. Did you do (most of) them ?

Post 8 (Home Decor & Organization): Basics of Organization
  • No Exercise

Post 9 (Personality): Time Management Secrets
  • Did you make a task list for each day ?

  • Did you prioritize the tasks correctly (over time)?

  • Were you able to keep track of your dynamic list (i.e. successfully added and removed items)?

  • Are your interruptions and distractions curtailed ?

  • Did you avoid procrastinations ?

  • Did you learn to ‘say no’ ? You may not have such an opportunity every day or week, but are you confident that you can turn down a request if need be ?

  • Did you learn anything from your task-list review ? 

Post 10 (Fashion, Beauty & Styling): Beauty Foods

Post 13 (Health): High-Intensity Interval Training
  • Did you find an HIIT routine that you can comfortably do?

  • Did you figure out the amount of time you will devote to HIIT per day?

  • Did you figure out which days and time of day you can devote to HIIT? 

Post 14 (Personality): Stress Management
  • Do you know what things usually stress you? (Try making a list)

  • Do you have a general plan for reducing your stress factors? (Unplug, Movie, etc.)

  • During the week (extend to month), any time you feel stressed, write it down. How you managed it, write it down too. After the week (or month), review – see what can be improved.
